The customer: Any individual or legal entity who has made a booking via the hotels.noemys.fr website and who benefits from the service is referred to as the Customer.
The establishment: The place where the accommodation service is provided is referred to as the establishment. Noemys Voyages acts on behalf of its establishments.

Reservations must be made in writing (by post, fax or email) directly with the hotel, or on the website hotels.noemys.fr. Payment terms will depend on the package chosen at the time of booking. The hotel will request pre-authorisation by credit card at the time of booking.
Article 3-1: Rates
The rates offered by the service provider are those mentioned in the booking contract. They are expressed in terms of accommodation capacity. The customer undertakes to respect the capacity of the accommodation booked. No refunds will be given for any shortened stays or services not used. Additional services resulting from a voluntary or involuntary extension of the stay, for any reason whatsoever, including due to the occurrence of a case of force majeure, shall be borne by the Customer. Extensions of stays shall be invoiced on a daily basis at the rate applicable to the stay. Prices do not include personal expenses and additional services, which remain in any case the responsibility of the Customer(s).
Article 3-2: Tourist tax
Tourist tax is not included in the rates. It must be paid at the establishment upon arrival.
Article 4-1: Modification or cancellation by the Customer
* Any request to increase the length of stay, extend the stay or make an upward adjustment can only be accepted subject to availability. * It is expressly stated that any request to change the dates of stay or the destination hotel constitutes both a cancellation request subject to the conditions set out below and a new booking request.
Article 4-2: Modification or cancellation by the Service Provider:
If, prior to the commencement of the service, compliance with one of the essential elements of the contract becomes impossible, the service provider shall notify the client by any means. The client shall then have the option of terminating the contract or accepting the proposed modification. The Client must then inform the service provider of their choice within 48 hours of receiving the information. In the event that the Client decides to terminate the contract, the Service Provider undertakes to reimburse them for all sums paid, excluding any claim for damages.
Article 4-3: Modification or cancellation of services ancillary to the contract:
By way of exception, any equipment that is closed due to technical requirements (repair, maintenance, etc.) shall not result in the Service Provider being obliged to provide a replacement service and shall not give rise to the payment of damages.
Payment for your booking can be made by credit card on the noemys.fr website or at the hotel via remote sales. Payment by cheque is not permitted.
The Service Provider undertakes to make the rooms available to Guests on the days and at the times indicated on the booking voucher. The Guest undertakes to notify the establishment directly in the event of a delay; failing this, the room will be put back on sale. The Guest undertakes to vacate the room within the time limit set by the establishment.
The Customer is solely responsible for any material damage and/or bodily injury. The Customer shall bear sole responsibility for the costs of repair, replacement and other damages related in particular to loss of turnover during the period of immobilisation and works. The Customer undertakes to comply with all the rules and instructions of the establishment (in particular the rules on safety, hygiene and the ban on smoking in communal areas).
Pets are only accepted in certain establishments, subject to an additional charge. They must be kept on a leash in public areas. The establishment’s staff reserves the right to refuse animals deemed dangerous, aggressive or disruptive to guests (odour, noise, etc.), with a limit of one animal per room.
The hotel declares that it has professional liability insurance with an insurance company covering its services exclusively.
